WHERE IS MY ORDER SHIPPED?

Our suppliers are all over the world, and most of the products are produced in the United States, Canada, Australia, Japan, South Korea, and China. We will ship according to the warehouse where the product is located and the warehouse closest to the customer's address.

 

HOW TO TRACK MY ORDER?

If you have created registered an account you can simply log in and check your order status under "my account".


HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ITEMS TO ARRIVE?

We use Air Parcel Register shipping method: 

  • Air Parcel Register shipping takes 8-16 business days.

 

ABOUT CUSTOMS TAX?

Taxes may apply for imported goods/services and is regulated by the country law. Wallshuttle is not responsible for any tax invoice charged on its products. Shipping rates are estimates and may depend on different policies and tax rates applied per country. Please contact local customs for clarity and information.

 

HOW DO I EXCHANGE AN ITEM/ORDER?  

You can exchange a purchased product within 40 days. If 40 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund nor exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To exchange an item or order, contact us using our contact page and we will provide you with our current return address.
